We Offer Many Kinds of Glass Options

L&L Glass offers many options for decorative glass, including patterned glass, glass films, painted glass and etched glass as well as high performance tempered, safety glass, for all your glass shower door and glass bathtub door needs. We offer a variety of textured glass and decorative edge cuts, finishes and infused colors for your bathroom remodel. We can also add a decorative edge on the top or etch intricate designs to the glass shower panels in any design you can imagine. In addition to the beauty aspects, all of the L&L Glass is tempered, safety glass to resist breaking and cracking. To complete the project and keep the glass looking perfect well into the future we offer a wonderful water repellent finish product called Diamon-Fusion®. This coating will create a boundary on the glass so the water just sheds off the surface and clean up is a breeze. Clear Glass vs. Starphire Glass: What’s the Difference?

When choosing glass for architectural, interior, or display applications, clarity and color fidelity matter. Two of the most commonly compared types are standard clear glass and Starphire® glass (also known as low-iron glass). Here’s what you need to know to make the right choice.

What is Clear Glass?

Standard clear glass is made with natural iron content, which gives it a slightly greenish tint. especially noticeable around the edges or in thicker panels. While it’s a great choice for everyday applications, the green tint can subtly distort colors when viewed through the glass.

What is Starphire Glass?

Starphire glass is a low-iron glass developed by Vitro Architectural Glass. By reducing the iron content, Starphire eliminates the green tint, producing a crystal clear appearance even in thick panes. It offers exceptional transparency and true color rendering.

Patterned Glass Divider Panels -

Using glass is a simple yet elegant way to define spaces. L&L Glass was called out to help define the open space between the customer’s front door and living room. The home gets great natural light, and they did not want to enclose the area as it would darken the front entry. The homeowners came to our showroom and selected a patterned glass that would show light but provide some separation. They also wanted the glass to be slightly elevated off of the floor and ceiling. We worked with our hardware suppliers to identify a clamp that would give this look while also be structurally sound. Because of the inlay in the wood floor, we chose the edge where the darker wood and lighter wood met as a natural termination. READ MORE

Master Bath Vanity Mirror - Littleton, CO

Many mirrors that we install are custom cut to fit a specific opening. Mirrors above a vanity, like in this image, are very common but they are all slightly unique. This installation was unique in that we had to measure the exact location of the electrical outlet as well as the electrical boxes for the light mounts. This is a great bang for the buck as the lights look like they are growing out of the mirror.
