Elevating the Glass Experience

L&L Glass has been a part of the Denver community since 1956. Our focus is simple – elevate the glass experience from customer service to fabrication to installation. We operate our business and utilize proprietary applications focused on our expertise – shower doors, mirrors and custom glass applications such as wine features, office/gym enclosures and intricate glass handrails.

Today, we are doing what no glass company has done before.  We are investing in the infrastructure, tools and machinery to fabricate custom glass exclusively for our customers.  Our fabrication plant will be state of the art with a fully automated production line. This is no small undertaking, but it shows our passion and commitment to our craft and allows us to take better care of our customers like no one else.  We control the entire process from measure to installation. This means we have the ability to control the fabrication process to ensure the highest quality of glass. Lastly, L&L Glass is nothing without a great team of individuals who subscribe to the company culture to better ourselves every day and work together to learn and grow everyday. Meet the Team

Pete French, Owner

Pete has owned L&L Glass for the past 19 years.  In this time, he has transformed the business from a glass company that did all sorts of glass work from auto glass and windows to a company focused on interior glass applications.  He has worked in all facets of this business from customer service to installation and everything in between. In order to excel, he knows you must have skilled and happy employees.  His philosophy is to focus on the employees and the customer will benefit as a result. He enjoys teaming up with our customers to take on the challenge creating finished products that are unique to their application. When not thinking about glass, he spends most of his time with his wife and 3 kids outdoors taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer.
Gabby Purcell, Project Manager, Showroom Manager - Denver

Gabby has been a part of the L&L Glass team since we opened the doors to our Denver Showroom in 2012 and has been a huge asset to our company ever since.  Today, she runs our Denver Showroom and manages our customer service team. She takes a lot of pride in how we are viewed by our customers and goes to great lengths to make sure all our customers are happy from the minute they contact L&L Glass through installation, and she is there to help at any point down the line even after the job is complete.  Not only does she do an outstanding job running our Denver location, but she also works directly with many of our builders and designers and handles the management of our larger projects. If there is anything you need, Gabby and her team are there for you.  She recently became a mom and spends all her time laughing, bragging and showing everyone pictures of her baby boy!

Whether you stop by or call the office, or whether you need to schedule an appointment to have one of our experience estimators on site to measure and discuss the intricate details of you project, we want to make sure you have all the resources to make your project a success from begining to end. Customer Service Specialist Spotlight

Sarah Hernandez, Office Manager - Denver

Are you kidding?  Do people like Sarah really exist?  Is she really always that positive? We know the answer is YES!  Sarah has a special ability to make any situation wonderful. She always has a ton on her plate, but makes it look simple and manageable.  At L&L Glass, we know it is the person who Sarah is that gives our customers the confidence and trust that we will do whatever it takes to meet their needs.  

Fabrication & Installation Teams

Fabrication Team: L&L Glass has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our in-house fabrication team.  They are our “glass encyclopedias” around the office to help answer any technical questions and troubleshoot any glass needs that our customers may have.  One great asset each fabricator possesses is that they all have installed our products at some point in their careers. They look at the glass and understand the end use, which helps in how it is fabricated and checked for quality.   We have a full-service shop. If your project needs glass to be cut, sanded, polished or drilled, these are the guys you want working on your glass.

Installation Team: All members of the L&L Glass installation teams are employees, not subcontractors.  This is a very important distinction as everyone is trained and held accountable to our quality standard.  Ultimately, our success lies in the quality of our finished products and it is important to have a quality installation team that takes pride in their careers at L&L Glass. Our installers take great pride in their work to make sure the finished product leaves a great lasting impression. Before installation day, you will know the name of the installer assigned to your job and we will call the day before as a reminder.  On the day of installation, our installers will always call when they are on their way and arrive in an L&L Glass vehicle wearing an L&L Glass shirt.  If there is ever an issue or question, you will know exactly who to call and ask for on a first name basis. Rest assured your project will be installed by someone with extensive installation experience and attention to detail.  We stand together as one company working as a team to ensure we meet the trust and expectation you put in us.
